Introducing...

After living on the East Coast of the United States for more than 26 years, I quit my job as a journalist, packed up my bags and made the very rational decision of joining the love of my life in Switzerland after a whole two months of dating.

Well, I'm fortunate enough to say that it all worked out and the young woman who had only been out of the country twice had her life turned completely upside down. In a matter of months I've been lucky enough to see more and more of the world and connect with people from all walks of life, learning and immersing myself with every step I take.

I'm here to offer my "wisdom" to likeminded travelers that are hoping to find a little slice of paradise wherever that might be. Whether it be a remote island in the middle of the Indian Ocean or the best 4 a.m. shawarma you've ever had in your life-- my travel secrets are now yours to keep.
